Kevin has spent decades leading large operations teams and managing performance at scale, building a $100M+ portfolio of business process improvements. Over time, he became known for using data and technology to solve complex problems in clear and simple ways. Today, he focuses entirely on artificial intelligence. Kevin leads AI integration at a company with more than 5,000 employees, where he works across departments to train users, guide tool adoption, and help teams rework their daily processes with AI. In addition, he also works with Jack Sterling Advisory to consult and train across the country. He loves helping small business owners and managers understand where AI can make a real difference, then showing them exactly how to use it. Kevin’s approach is hands-on, structured, and focused on results. He believes AI should be practical, not overwhelming, and enjoys making it accessible to people in all roles and industries.
